With over a decade in the recruiting industry, Tori is dedicated to making candidates and their families feel comfortable during the exploration of all things “new.” She left corporate recruiting to pursue her passion and what she considered the missing piece in high stakes recruitment, the human element. As a failed relocation candidate twice, a mom, and a wife Tori founded The Welcome Standard to create a holistic experience that sets employers a part in caring for their candidates’ pre-hire, and new employees’ post-hire. In this space she believes companies can make a large impact on retaining their talent for the long haul.
